Mr. Aaron Fogel
Mr. Fogel holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Current duties: serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Greenonyx Ltd., Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd., and the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. Mr. Fogel also serves as a Member of the Executive Committee of the Tel Aviv University and previously served as Chairman of the Board of IDB Development Corporation Ltd. and of Jerusalem-Tel Aviv Calcalit.
Mr. Samuel Rosenman
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Educational Administration - Geography from Bar Ilan University, Masters and Ph.D. in Administration from Pennsylvania State University (US). Among his positions, Mr. Rosenman is a lecturer at the following institutions: Bar-Ilan University; Sha'arei Mishpat College; and the Ashkelon Academic College in Economics, Logistics, Health Policy and Leadership. Mr. Rosenman also serves as Chair of the "International March of the Living".
Mrs. Ronit Koren, Dr.
Holds Ph.D. in psychology from Azteca University, holds MSc from Baruch College, New York City.
Holds MA degree in gender studies from Tel Aviv University, holds BA degree in psychology and education from the Open University, legal psychology studies at John Jay College, New York. Among her roles, she served as personal advisor to the owner of Consensus Business Group, development of investment businesses, real estate and technology field. Responsible for business development at Aspire Venture – Corporate Development and Investments, a venture capital fund operating from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Served as deputy CEO for strategic engagements at the Essence Group and deputy CEO for business development at the Volcani Institute, and also served as director at Maccabi Fund.
Mrs. Irit Stern
Holds BA in economics and accounting from Bar Ilan University, accountant. Among her roles: Serves as finance manager at Algorithms Research Ltd. Serves as independent director at Electra Ltd. since 15 November 2014, served as outside director at Ludan Engineering. Until January 2016, served as director at the subsidiary, Ayalon Insurance Company Ltd., and until the end of 2016 served as director at the second-tier subsidiary, Ayalon Pension and Provident Funds Ltd.
Ms. Esther Dallal, Advocate
Holder of a LL.B. (Law) from Netanya Academic College, licensed to practice law and mediation. Graduate of the College of Insurance, with training in reinsurance, loss of profits, investigation, and questioning. Among her positions, Ms. Dallal is in public practice with her own private law firm, and specializes in civil-commercial law and in the fields of planning and construction. Serves as an external director at "Karnit," and previously served as an external director at a subsidiary company of Ayalon Insurance Company Ltd. and of Avrot Industrial Ltd. From 1996 to 1999, Ms. Dallal served as Chief Executive Officer of Italian Agencies Services.
