Mr. Shlomo Grofman

Holds bachelor's degree in law and economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and MBA from Tel Aviv University. Among his roles, he serves as chairman of the board at: Faire Fund, Shoval Grofman Real Estate and Construction Management, Grofman Holdings Ltd. and Sarel Medical Supplies and Equipment Ltd.
Serves as deputy chairman of the global board at March of the Living and board member at the Israel-America Chamber of Commerce and Sheba in New York.
Mr. Levi Yitzhak Rachmani
Company President & CEO
Mr. Rachmani began his course in the insurance sector at a family insurance agency, "Shlomo Rachmani & Sons Ltd.", which was founded in 1949 by his father, the late Mr. Shlomo Zalman Rachmani (Dermaberdicker). This agency represented, during many years, New Zealand Insurance Co. In 1964, he founded "Ashur Agency for General and Industrial Insurance Ltd." At this agency, Mr. Rachmani developed specialization in professional insurances such as engineering insurance, contractors insurance, liabilities insurance – professional liability, product liability, etc., which are an important part of the Company’s business foundation until this very day.
Mr. Rachmani completed courses and many continuing studies programs at insurance companies and leading reinsurers worldwide.
1. In 1976, he founded Ayalon Insurance Company Ltd., in collaboration with the New Zealand Company.
2. Served during many years as management member at the Union of Insurance Companies in Israel and chairman of the property and engineering sections at the Union.
3. Served during many years as a director at the Avner Corporation and member of the audit committee and reinsurance committee of Avner.
4. Israel's representative at IMIA – International Machinery Insurance Association, which engages and promotes issues in engineering and contractors insurance worldwide.
5. Currently serves as director at the subsidiary, Ayalon Insurance Company Ltd. and chairman of the board at additional companies of the Ayalon Group.
Mr. Meron Isaakson, Adv.
Holds bachelor's degree in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and master's degree in Jewish philosophy from Tel Aviv University, holds license to practice law.
Among his roles: Associate professor at Bar Ilan University, director and joint CEO of closely-held companies of his family in the fields of real estate, investment and international trade, writer and poet.
Mrs. Ronit Koren, Dr.
Holds Ph.D. in psychology from Azteca University, holds MSc from Baruch College, New York City.
Holds MA degree in gender studies from Tel Aviv University, holds BA degree in psychology and education from the Open University, legal psychology studies at John Jay College, New York. Among her roles, she served as personal advisor to the owner of Consensus Business Group, development of investment businesses, real estate and technology field. Responsible for business development at Aspire Venture – Corporate Development and Investments, a venture capital fund operating from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Served as deputy CEO for strategic engagements at the Essence Group and deputy CEO for business development at the Volcani Institute, and also served as director at Maccabi Fund.
Mrs. Irit Stern
Holds BA in economics and accounting from Bar Ilan University, accountant. Among her roles: Serves as finance manager at Algorithms Research Ltd. Serves as independent director at Electra Ltd. since 15 November 2014, served as outside director at Ludan Engineering. Until January 2016, served as director at the subsidiary, Ayalon Insurance Company Ltd., and until the end of 2016 served as director at the second-tier subsidiary, Ayalon Pension and Provident Funds Ltd.
Mrs. Dina Han, Adv.
Holds BA in economics and statistics, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, LL.B. in law, Faculty of Law, Bar Ilan University, holds license to practice law, M.A. in economics from Queens College NY.
Serves as active chairwoman and president at World Emunah – The Emunah World Movement, member of World Zionist Organization management, member of audit committee and finance committee at the Jewish Agency's board of trusteese, member of the Governors Council at Keren Hayesod.
